Deo

Privacy Policy

Deo collects nothing. There is no server, no account, and no analytics of any kind.

Last updated: 24 August 2026

The short version

Deo talks only to your camera, over your camera's own Wi-Fi network. Your photos move directly between those two devices and never pass through us. We do not operate a server, and there is nothing for us to see.

Data we collect

None. Deo does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data or usage data. The app has no analytics SDK, no crash reporter, no advertising identifier, and no third-party trackers.

Your photos

Photos are transferred from your camera to your iPhone over the direct Wi-Fi link between them. They are held in the app only so they can be shown on screen, and they are discarded when the app closes. Deo does not upload your photos anywhere, and does not write them to your photo library unless you explicitly save one.

Network access

Deo uses your device's local network permission for one purpose: to reach your camera at its address on the camera's own Wi-Fi network. That network has no internet connection, and Deo makes no requests to any internet host.

Children

Deo is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content. Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date above. Since the app collects nothing today, any change would be an addition and would be described here plainly.
