Deo
iPhone · Nikon Wi-Fi cameras

Every shot on your phone, seconds after you take it.

Shoot the way you always do. Each frame appears on the iPhone screen, so the person in front of the lens can finally see the shot — without crowding around the back of the camera.

How it works

  1. On the camera, turn on Wi-Fi: Setup menuWi-FiEstablish Wi-Fi connection.
  2. On the iPhone, open SettingsWi-Fi and join the camera's network. Its name and password live under Wi-FiNetwork settings on the camera.
  3. Open Deo, tap Connect, and shoot. Every photo shows up on screen.

The camera stays yours

Deo never takes control of your camera. The shutter, dials, and menus keep working exactly as they normally do. The app only listens for new photos and brings them across — by design, it cannot change a setting or fire the shutter.

Built for real shoots

What you need

A Nikon camera with built-in Wi-Fi, set up for a direct connection to a smart device. Some bodies need a firmware update first — the D7500, for example, requires firmware 1.10 or later.

The camera's Wi-Fi has no internet access. That's expected: your iPhone is talking straight to the camera.
